DFC Hydroponic Leca Substrate is a natural, pH neutral, non-organic substrate that provides excellent drainage of the terrarium. It is often used as a false bottom for terrariums. Use DFC Substrate barrier to separate the substrates and the DFC Hydroponic Balls to prevent mixing soil, contaminating the water system and allowing proper drainage. Option to add waterfall feature to create water movement. With proper filtration, DFC Hydroponic Leca Substrate can also function as a biological filtration system.
