DFC's Live Arrival and Health Guarantee on Frogs and Tadpoles

 
When we ship Frogs and Tadpole, all shipments are send Overnight Priority mail via FedEx 10:30pm the next day (witht the exception to some rural areas). 
 
DFC's Live Arrival and Health Guarantee on all Frogs and Tadpole only apply if :
 
- Someone is present when the package(s) are delivered on first attempt.
                                                             -
- Temperature during the shipment of the item(s) is between 40-90 degree Fahrenheit.
                                                             -
- If dead customer must notify DFC within 1 hour of arrival via email at sales@DartFrogConnection.com or at 1 888 996 FROG. ( 3764 ).

- In the case a tadpole arrives dead it must have a picture taken inside the unopened bag. If a frog is dead we require it to be laid out on a white napkin or paper towel and have a picture taken.

- We ask the customer please take pictures of the frogs or tadpoles in question and send it to sales@dartfrogconnection.com with your order number.

Failure to meet these requirements and guidelines will void DFC's Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.
 
 
DFC's Live Arrival and Health Guarantee for Fruit Fly Cultures.
 
Next Day shipping is required for all insects and feeders in order to get the guarantee. No guarantee will be given to shipments beyond the overnight priority shipping.
 

- Due to different temperatures and rough handling by various shipping carriers, some damage to the DFC fruit fly cultures can occur. This is a common issue throughout the dart frog community. We at DFC do our best at making sure our media is strong enough to handle most shipping processes. However at times, it can be unpredictable.

 
- Temperature during the shipment of the item(s) is between 35 - 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
 
- The customer must be present to receive the package when it arrives on the first attempt of the delivery. We can not recommend healthy culture if the package is left outside.
 
- DFC will always ship cultures that are already in the blooming process.
Adult flies may die during the shipping process. Be patient, new flies will emerge from pupae in just a few days.
 
- Due to hotter conditions during transit, the media can become more fluid and move around. In some cases the media may migrate to the top of the cup. Please place the media cup right side up and allow the culture to settle down again. We know the culture might not look very attractive in this condition, rest assured it will not affect the productivity of the fruit flies.
 
- If by any chance that your Fruit Fly Culture arrive deceased, customer must notifies DartFrog Connection of the condition of the Fruit Fly Culture within 1 hour of arrival via email at sales@DartFrogConnection.com or at 1 888 996 FROG. ( 3764 ).
 
- We ask the customer please take a picture of the culture in question and send it to sales@dartfrogconnection.com with your order number.

CLAIMS:

In order to receive a credit for DFC's Live Arrival and Health Guarantee on plants, springtails, fruit flies and isopods the following above terms must be met.
 
- To claim the DFC's Live Arrival and Health Guarantee, pictures of the Frog or Tadpoles and their habitat are required within the 5 days of the animals arrival.
 
-DFC is not responsible for shipping costs.
