DFC Background Mix was formulated by a team of biologists and dart frog enthusiasts. Our goal is to create a mixture that will help you create a realistic rain forest for your dart frogs’ habitat. The mixture is rich in spores. Be patient, in 4 - 6 months you will begin to see moss growth on your terrarium background. Growth rate may vary depending on the condition of your vivarium. DFC Background Mix can also be used on any of your natural wood in the vivarium and even the surface of your coconut hut.
